Lodging

A discounted room rate of $129 per night (for double or single occupancy) is available at the Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel for all conference participants. Availability is limited, so please make your reservation early by calling Sheraton's reservation line at 888-625-5144 from North America or 65-836-7338 from Asia. The newly renovated Sheraton Meadowlands offers a full-service business center and state-of-the-art health club with an indoor pool and sauna. The hotel and conference center were designed to be fully accessible to the disabled, meeting or exceeding the standards set by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Air Travel

Newark International Airport (EWR), is located twelve miles from the conference site (twenty minutes driving time). New York's LaGuardia Airport is fifteen miles away (thirty minutes driving time), and John F. Kennedy International Airport is twenty-four miles away (forty minutes driving time).

Bus Information

On weekdays, Academy Bus #322 runs from Port Authority in Manhattan directly to the Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel. Travel time is approximately twenty minutes. For more information, please call Academy Bus: (201) 420-7000.

On weekends, there is no direct bus service to the conference. You can, however, take New Jersey Transit Bus #190 from Port Authority in Manhattan to Secaucus Plaza, then take a taxi to the conference from there. A taxi to the hotel will cost about $10. Driving Directions

From North
Take the George Washington Bridge to the New Jersey Turnpike South. Then take Exit 16 West and go through the toll plaza. Follow the signs for Route 3 East and the service road. Keep to the right. The conference center entrance is on the right.

From East
Take the Lincoln Tunnel to Route 3 West to the Stadium/Racetrack Exit. Follow the signs for Sheraton Plaza Drive. The conference center is on the right.

From West
Take Route 3 East (or Route 46 East to Route 3 East). Follow the signs for the Stadium/Racetrack Exit. Then follow the signs for Sheraton Plaza Drive.

From New Jersey Turnpike
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 16 West. Follow to Route 3 East and the service road. The conference center is on right.

From Garden State Parkway
Take Exit 153 from the Garden State Parkway onto Route 3 East. Take the Stadium/Racetrack Exit then follow the signs to Sheraton Plaza Drive.

Meals

Complimentary breakfast will be served daily to all registered attendees. In addition, there are two restaurants in the conference hotel.
